In our culture, the number seven symbolizes balance and perfection. Yet, true meaning is forged only when this number is tied to action and conduct. For Chegall, "Haft" (Seven) is not merely a name. It is a reminder of seven virtues we believe form the foundation of humanity: Illumination, Honesty, Perfection, Beneficence, Capability, Trustworthiness, and Respect. These are not decorative words; they form our core decision-making framework in both design and execution.

Located in the Haftsad-Vahedi neighborhood on Hormozan Street, the "Haft" project—comprising 7 floors and 70 residential units—is an endeavor to translate this ethos into the language of architecture. It offers luminous, meticulously organized spaces, defined by precise details and a level of quality that transcends conventional residential expectations.
